If your order isn’t right, or you don't need it anymore, don’t worry—it's OK. Just follow our guidelines below for a smooth refund/return process.
General Information
We accept returns on all new, unused, and unaltered items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original payment method. No restocking fees or hidden charges.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be new and unused
Include the original, undamaged packaging
Retain all tags and labels

Include the completed Return Authorization form in your package.Pack Items Properly - Use the original shipping container or a sturdy box. Do not apply tape or labels directly on the product’s packaging.
Ship Your Return - Mail your package within 7 days of the RMA issue date.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund if it meets all requirements.
Important Notes
If you’re uncertain about an item or considering a return, avoid the following actions to keep the product eligible:
Removing or disassembling parts
Unscrewing bolts, nuts, or components
Peeling protective film or packaging
Unclipping or removing pieces
Opening vacuum-sealed bags or breaking seals
Cutting mounting materials (e.g., zip ties)
Plugging in or charging batteries
Performing any use
Using or altering the item in any way may leave signs of wear, making it ineligible for return. Such a return would be rejected.
Refund Policy
Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all tags. All refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method but may take 2–10 business days to appear (depending on your bank).
Wire transfer payments are refunded as store credit only.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Parts and Tools
Parts that show any sign of installation are non-returnable.
Tools that have been opened or used are non-returnable.
Open-box items with damaged or destroyed packaging are not eligible for return.
Used or Damaged Merchandise
Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a test" is considered used and cannot be returned.
Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (scratches, dents, dirt, pet hair, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
Craigslist, eBay, OfferUp, Facebook, and other online marketplaces are excellent resources if you have a used item that can no longer be returned to HobbyStreetShop.com.
Merchandise that shows ANY signs of use or wear (scratches, dents, dirt, etc.) is non-returnable.
Items with missing components, damaged packaging, or no tags may incur a processing fee of up to 20%, or be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
International Returns
Please let us know ahead of time and follow the procedure if you would like to ship your order back to us from overseas. The customer is responsible for shipping along with any customs or brokerage charges. Packages shipped COD or with unpaid fees will be rejected. Clearly mark the package as “Merchandise Return” to avoid extra fees.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and keep all original shipping materials. If possible, please take photos of the damage. Claims for damaged goods are handled through the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). We’ll assist you with the claims process, but note it may take time for the carrier to finalize a resolution, and we have no control over it.
