We usually use Priority Mail even when it costs us a little more. Yep, we are that much old school :)
A member of our crew will be packaging your order the old way too - by hand.

Most items ship the same day and should arrive in 1-3 days; however, please allow for a standard 24 hours to process your order. The earlier you place your order, the better the chance it will be shipped the same day. However, if your order is a priority indeed, please, give us a call before placing it.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as we print your shipping label. We ship orders Monday through Friday; excluding weekends and holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
We’ll email you a tracking number once your order is ready to ship. Tracking is also available in your account on our website.
If there are no tracking updates, don’t worry; sometimes the carrier may not update the status until the package reaches a sorting facility or your local post office, or they simply delay updates. Unfortunately, this is just how shipping companies operate sometimes.
FREE SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES
With Free Shipping, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date. Most orders arrive in 2 to 7 business days, but some may arrive more quickly or take longer. Generally speaking, Priority Shipping is 1-3 days coast to coast, and we ship most of the orders that way. However, if you need a faster and more reliable delivery method, please contact us to discuss upgraded shipping options for an additional fee.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION AND FRAUD PROTECTION
To ensure security, all purchases must be delivered to the billing address associated with the credit card used for the transaction. If the provided address cannot be verified, the order will be automatically canceled. We do this for your and our protection.
Orders over $200 will be shipped out with signature confirmation. Upon delivery, somebody needs to sign for the package or pick it up later at the post office. Please reach out to our customer service department if you have a special request in that regard.
CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel or modify your order after it has been placed, check out our Return Policy for all the details.
APO ADDRESSES
All APO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail. Please contact us and factor in an additional 1–5 business days for processing.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND REMOTE U.S. TERRITORIES
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands typically do not qualify for our Free Shipping Promotion. Since every shipment is unique, we can’t say yes or no, as smaller packages may occasionally be eligible for free shipping. Costs for these destinations vary considerably, and remote locations are generally excluded from the offer.
However, if you need us to ship your package to one of these places, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist you in finding the most cost-effective shipping for you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS to ship internationally. Please allow an additional 1–5 business days for processing. For more details, see our International Order Policy page.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event your order arrives with visible damage, please immediately reach out to HobbyStreetShop.com Customer Service. While all damage claims must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier, we are committed to supporting you throughout the process. Resolving such issues may take some time, and you would need to submit some additional documentation. Please be patient, make a lot of pictures, and rest assured that our customer service will be there to assist you with the process.
DELAYS OR MISROUTING
Mistakes happen even with the best of us, and while shipping carriers are generally quick and reliable, they are not an exception. If your package appears delayed or misrouted, please contact your local carrier’s office first for immediate assistance. These issues are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for carrier delays or errors. However, please keep us informed; our customer service department will help you navigate through the process.
