  • Warranty claims are processed by the original manufacturer, not Hobby Street Shop. We are not authorized to determine warranty eligibility or provide replacements directly.

 

Important Notes on Warranties

  1. Manufacturer’s Terms Apply: Each manufacturer has its own warranty terms, which may vary. Processing time for warranty claims typically ranges from 4–8 weeks and is subject to the manufacturer's policies and discretion.
  2. Normal Wear and Tear: Manufacturer warranties do not cover issues deemed to be caused by normal wear and tear or customer negligence.
