These spray paints are created specifically for application on transparent polycarbonate surfaces. Each canister contains 100ml of the paint necessary for completing one fully decorated model.
Painting on polycarbonate involves spraying from the interior of the body shell, in contrast to traditional methods. Maintain a distance of approximately 30cm from the surface when spraying. Allow the initial coat to cure before applying additional layers if needed. These paints are resistant to oils and fuels, making them suitable for gas-powered applications.
Translucent colors are intended to produce a frosted glass appearance, which is ideal for polycarbonate surfaces. Colors such as Translucent Red, Blue, Light Blue, Pink, Yellow, Orange, Green, and Purple can be paired with Bright Silver for a deeper mica effect. When combined with standard colors, Translucent Silver yields a lustrous metallic finish.
Warning: Avoid using these paints on conventional plastic models.
