Tamiya TS-83 Metallic Silver Gloss Lacquer Spray Paint 100ml

This metallic silver spray paint is specifically formulated to replicate aluminum surfaces found on aircraft models.

To achieve optimal results, it is advised to use TS-14 BLACK as an undercoat directly on the plastic model instead of on a primer base.

If TS-83 is applied straight to the plastic, the finish might be uneven, and the paint could peel when masking tape is removed.

Please avoid applying any clear coat over this paint and handle masking carefully to prevent damage to the paint job.

Tamiya TS spray paint is a synthetic lacquer that dries quickly, making it especially effective for covering large model areas. These paints do not interact negatively with acrylic or enamel paints, allowing for additional detailing post-application using either type.

The can contains 100ml of paint, sufficient to cover two to three 1/24 scale car model bodies completely.

NOTE: TAMIYA TS paint is unsuitable for clear Polycarbonate/LEXAN R/C body shells, as it will flake off. For such applications, Tamiya PS spray paint must be used.
