Prior to drying, the paint can be easily washed away with plain water.

- Thinner: Tamiya Lacquer Thinner can also be used for airbrushing, offering quicker drying times and a harder finish.
- Finishing: Tamiya Paint Retarder (item 87114) can improve brush painting results for a smoother, blemish-free finish.
